Account data (email, name), profile settings (target band, exam date), device and usage logs, payment metadata, and audio recordings you submit during practice or mock exams. We may also collect cookies for authentication and analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process data to deliver AI feedback, generate reports, improve product quality, send service notifications, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Voice & AI Processing
Speaking audio may be transcribed and analyzed by AI models to produce scores and suggestions. Recordings are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for your learning history or as required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with trusted processors (cloud hosting, payment providers, analytics) under strict agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users and platform.
6. Security & Retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. You may request deletion of your account and associated recordings, subject to legal retention obligations.
